This year once again, Gwynedd’s readers were invited, via the Library Service,
to nominate their favouirite book

In Welsh, Bywyd Bach by Professor Gwyn Thomas took first place, with the old favourites, Cysgod y Cryman and Un Nos Ola Leuad, hard on its heels.
In English, Labyrinth by Kate Mosse took first place.

The event was launched on World Book Day 2007, and nominations were received in Gwynedd’s libraries and via the Web. The result was published in the Bedwen Lyfrau held at Caernarfon on 5th of May.
